The default pricing on the Lizanne's website will show in Canadian Dollars ($CDN).
However, there is a currency selector in the footer menu where you can change from ($CDN) to ($USD).
Depending on which currency selection you make, it will reflect throughout the website and in the check-out.
Prices are converted based on daily market exchange rates and rounding rules, which include conversion fees.
This may cause a discrepancy between your confirmation email amount, to the amount on your bank statement.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can return any online order within 30 days after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return - your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Due to hygienic reasons Lizanne's will not be accepting returns on opened or used bedding product(s).

If you decide to cancel or make last minute changes to your order, such as shipping address, items ordered, change size, etc - we'll be more then happy to help out.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If damage is present, we advise taking pictures of said issue and attaching it in your email. This way, it's easier to understand the situation, and thus helps us offer the best resolution to your issue.*
*If the return is a result of our error or manufacturer defect, we will pay the shipping costs to return said item(s). There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: Any item not in its original packaging, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
