Refund policy

COVID-19 Modifications:
Due to hygienic reasons Lizanne's will not be accepting returns on opened or used bedding product(s).

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can return any online order within 30 days after receiving your item. 

To be eligible for a return 
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return 
Contact us at customercare@lizanneshome.com, a customer service representative will contact you within 2 to 4 business days to start the process. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed for the amount paid to the original form of payment.

Items refunded after 30 days from date of purchase, Lizanne's will provide a credit on your account which can go towards your next purchase.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed.
